Meriwether has built a real estate company whose core competency is creating Experience - traditionally in hospitality and resort environments. On the heels of its success at 225 Canyon, Meriwether acquired 207 Canyon in January 2016. 207 Canyon is a nearly 15,000 square foot office building built in the 1970s. Meriwether’s goal is to re-make the building into a community through re-imagined outdoor seating and work areas, in addition to a robust renovation of the interior spaces. Our expectation is to commence our renovation in April 2016 with tenants moving in by the end of the summer.
