Graham Culp is a partner and member of the Board of Directors at Immersed. He is also a partner at Immersed’s affiliate - Meriwether Companies. , Graham’s responsibilities include setting strategic direction, new business acquisition, and working on special projects across the firm’s portfolio. Prior to forming Meriwether and Immersed, Graham was a Principal at Discovery Land Company.

Noah Hahn is a partner and member of the Board of Directors of Immersed. He also serves as a partner at Immersed's affiliate company, Meriwether. Noah leads the firm’s business development, and deal structuring as well as the evolution of all business partnerships. Prior to forming Meriwether and Immersed, Noah was a partner and held several senior positions in financing, investment banking and private equity all within real estate and hospitality.

Garrett Simon is a partner and member of the Board of Directors of Immersed and serves as a partner with Immersed’s affiliate company, Meriwether. Garrett leads the firm’s entitlement, design and construction efforts. Prior to forming Meriwether and Immersed, Garrett oversaw development activities for The Atira Group, a resort-based development company focusing on the Western US.

Michael B. Schwab is a Partner at Immersed and its affiliate, Meriwether Companies. He is also the Founder and Managing Director of Big Sky Partners, an early-stage venture fund he founded in 1999 where he was an early strategic investor in the Kelly Slater Wave Company. Michael’s focus at Immersed includes overseeing action sports innovation, health & wellness offerings, media, and fundraising. Michael is a Partner at Emergent Capital Partners and sits on the Board of Directors at TAE Technologies and the Natural Selection Tour.

Dave Likins

Dave Likins

Partner - President and COO

Dave Likins is responsible for the operation of the company's owned and operated resort and club portfolio. Dave has a long track record in the surf and ski industries where he served various C suite roles at the Surf Ranch, Waco Surf, Mammoth Resorts and Kirkwood Mountain Resort among others. He is a Wharton graduate with additional experience in both private equity and strategic consulting.

Michael Burkart is a partner of Immersed and its affiliate company Meriwether. Michael leads finance, accounting, and investor relations for Immersed and Meriwether. Prior to joining Meriwether and Immersed, Michael held senior finance and accounting roles in both private and public companies and is experienced with M&As, asset dispositions as well as managing debt, audits, and SEC reporting.

Dan Sikora

His experience includes five years at Vail Resorts. Two-and-one-half of those years were spent as the Controller/Assistant GM for Eldora Mountain Resort, a small ski area just west of Boulder, Colorado, that was operated by Vail Associates in 1989 and 1990. The remainder of his time at Vail Resorts was spent managing the resort revenue, audit and accounts receivable departments. In 1997, he accepted a position as the Controller/Vice President for Cordillera, a real estate development company that that has developed and operated projects in Vail and Steamboat Springs, Colorado and Santa Rosa, California. Dan assumed the position of CFO at Cordillera in April of 2005. He left his position with Cordillera in October of 2006 to accept a Controller position with Atira Partners where he spent the last 8 years working on a variety of development/asset management projects. Mr. Sikora received his BS in Accounting from Towson University.

Doug Winter is the VP of Hospitality Operations for Immersed. Prior to joining Immersed, Doug successfully lead the operations teams as COO and EVP for both private and public entities. He currently sits on the board of directors for Viking Valley Association, a private lake community centered around an inclusive experience in recreation and enjoyment of the outdoors.

Ryan completed his MBA from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder, Real Estate and Finance. During the summers at his time at the Leeds MBA program, he worked his internship at SL Green Realty Corp. in Manhattan, the largest landlord in Manhattan.

With over 15 years of experience in the food and beverage/hospitality industry, Guiliana has honed her skills in Human Resources and Management. Prior to Meriwether Companies, she worked for a variety of companies, including Sprinkles Cupcakes, Starbucks, and Soho House, gaining a deep understanding of the industry and its nuances. Throughout her 12 years of management experience in Operations and HR, she had the opportunity to develop her leadership skills. Guiliana’s desire to help others drives her to provide support to her team and approach employees with an empathetic and practical lens. Guiliana has her BA in Communication Studies and MPA in Organizational Leadership from California State University, Northridge.

Darcey Vertuca

Darcey leads the design and construction project teams for multiple company projects. Prior to joining Meriwether, Darcey was at OZ Architecture for over 16 year where she honed her knowledge in resort and hospitality design by managing complex project from Concept Design through Construction. She has her master’s degrees in architecture and urban design and is a licensed Architect in the state of Colorado and a member of the American Institute of Architects.
