Meriwether was engaged in 2013 by the Lehman Estate to complete a strategic repositioning of Boot Ranch.
Boot Ranch is a 2,000-acre, 475 unit master plan community set within the Texas Hill Country, with a Hal Sutton championship golf course as its backdrop. In October of 2013, Meriwether was engaged by the Lehman Brothers Estate to oversee the stabilization, repositioning and disposition of this private golf community located in Fredericksburg. In addition to revising Boot Ranch’s master plan, Meriwether oversaw the design and development of both whole and fractional ownership residences, future planned amenities and a revised sales and marketing strategy.
Meriwether completed the repositioning of Boot Ranch culminating in a sale of the property in 2015.
